Roses

Last night was our spring concert at school. It went really well! I was so pleased with my students! Well today at school, I was called into the office. There was a beautiful vase of roses sitting on the counter. Our students get flowers all the time and I was just about to ask who they were for when I was told they were for ME! I was in shock at first. Then the question arose...who sent them. While the question does still somewhat remain, the card said this: "Thanks for all you do for us. Love your WCS Music Students" They were so beautiful that I just couldn't resist trying to get some pictures with them. Here are my favorites. I hope you like them. I will miss my students here. They are so precious. I wish you all would have been able to experience them in concert. It was such a treat! They can bring a smile to your face and joy in even the hard times. One of my precious little ones started crying when I made mention that I was leaving and she cried through the entire rest of the program. I nearly started to cry myself when I saw and hugged her. I will miss those hugs. I love them so much...as if they were my own. All this to say...I got roses today!
